Taste three flavors of pineapple rice

Yunnan Province gathers the most ethnic minority groups in China. Yunnan Cuisine, also known as Dian Cuisine, consequently features food and snacks of various ethnic minorities.

Authentic Dian cuisine generally has a mixed sweet, sour, oily and spicy flavor. This time, we will introduce you Yunnan pineapple rice, which is usually found in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture and other Dai areas. The first thing to cook the pineapple rice is to prepare the rice and then fry the shallots, garlic, and chilli. Next, to add eggs and stir fry quickly. Then add spice and sauces to mix together with the other vegetables. Now add the rice and stir-fry until all the rice has mixed with the sauce and is a uniform color. Finally, add the peas, currents and pineapple, mix them with the rice and other ingredients. When served, the pineapple rice is away served in a pineapple instead of a platter. You can find at least three flavors, sweet, sour and spicy in this cuisine.
