Chinese cultural show staged in Laos to celebrate Spring Festival

A Chinese cultural show was staged in the Lao capital Vientiane on Saturday to celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival, or Chinese New Year.

The "Happy Spring Festival 2018 Temple Fair in Laos" included Chinese classical folk music, dance, magic show, acrobatics, as well as performance by Lao musician Athisack Ratanavong with his popular song "Belt and Road."

On the occasion, Chinese food, quizzes, games, Chinese New Year photo exhibition and a lucky draw were also held.

The event, organized by Chinese Culture Center in Laos, was attended by over 900 Chinese and Lao participants.
