Torrential rain hits Kunming, leaves a shower of flowers

Torrential rain, coupled with thunder and hail, hit Kunming, the Spring City in Yunnan Province on the afternoon of March 27.

Puffs of scudding winds blew the flowering blossoms in the city to the ground, here and there. What amazing scenes!

The scene reminds local folks of a similar sight that occurred last year. It was of nearly the same timing, and it was also full of flowers~

Some Chinese netizens even compared the beautiful sights with those in Eternal Love (Three Lives Three Worlds, Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms), a 2017 Chinese television series starring Yang Mi and Mark Chao.
