Yunnan unveils business office in Paris

The unveiling ceremony of the Yunnan Commercial Representation in France was held in Paris on October 23 to put the Yunnan business office into operation, said the Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province.

France is a key trading partner of Yunnan. In September 2017, the Yunnan Provincial Government entrusted Yunnan Energy Investment Group with the task of establishing the representative office in Paris, in an effort to further the province's opening up, facilitate bilateral trade and investment, and inject new vigor to the open economy.

More than 70 personages attended the unveiling, involving diplomats, officials, business elites and journalists from China and France.
