Film shows Yunnan from 1930s to 1940s
The film shows a large extent of The National Southwest Associated University and the Flying Tigers and other massive historical themes of Yunnan from 1930s to 1940s.
Showing the major historical event of Yunnan, the film “Forever Young” casted by a number of Chinese famous actors and actresses including Zhang Ziyi, Huang Xiaoming and Leehom Wang was officially launched in the film theatres nationwide on January 12.
The film depicts four Tsinghua University students in four different ages thinking about important issues suchas motherland, idealism, life, care, love and so on. It shows a large extent of The National Southwest Associated University and the Flying Tigers and other massive historical themes of Yunnan.
The story happened during the 1930s and 1940s in the Southwest Associated University and this is the first time for its appearance on the screen of Chinese movies for the first time. In addition, Kunming Lotus Pond Park, Zhenzhuang Hotel are all the main viewfinders, and Kunming dialect, Kunming snacks are also mentioned in the movie.
