Kunming football to “run” on “The Liverpool Way”

Recently, the English Premier League club Liverpool announced a campus football cooperation project in Kunming, the capital city of SW China's Yunnan province.

 In the next six months, Liverpool Football Club (LFC) will provide training program for ten schools in Kunming where local students and trainers will benefit from the customized sessions.
 
Dan White, head of the Liverpool Football Club International Academies hailed the agreement. He said the coaching principles which are called “The Liverpool Way” will be applied in the same way as it is implemented in Liverpool.
 
As it is planned, coaches from Liverpool club will offer at least two hours of lectures and practical football trainings in each school every week during the first four months.
 
The project intends to train the participants both on and off the ground, to improve their football skills, and also to improve their other skills such as communication, teamwork and leadership.
