‘Future Communicator' international training camp begins
The “Future Communicator” international practice training camp kicked off in Chenggong Campus, Yunnan University on November 26.
9 media professionals from Myanmar attend the 14-day activity. They will cooperate with the students studying in School of Journalism (South Asia & Southeast Asia International Communication School) of Yunnan University and shoot videos in Kunming City and Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture.
With the theme of“Speeding Yunnan”, their works will showcase life of international students from Myanmar studying in China, Sino-Myanmar scientific cooperation, Yunnan floral industry, start-up dream of Chinese youth, high-speed railway construction, customs of Yunnan ethnic groups, and more.
The School of Journalism of Yunnan University provides volunteers with the help of language, interview and logistic.
All the participants will not only gain the opportunities to show the videos at the closing ceremony, but also broadcast on media in both China and Myanmar, and participate in international film festivals.
The “Future Communicator” international practice Training Camp is a international program organized by Yunnan University. It is planned and implemented by School of Journalism. The first session will close on December 7.
