YAG and Groupe ADP agree to enhance cooperation

On October 12, Yunnan Airport Group (YAG) and Groupe ADP jointly signed a letter of intent for strategic cooperation, which aims at promoting partnerships in aviation area.

According to the document, the two parties will strengthen cooperation in infrastructure construction, investment and design of airports and work more closely in personnel training. They also agreed to increase air connectivity to each other’s market and enhance cooperation in product innovation.

Founded in 2004, Yunnan Airport Group runs 15 airports within China. From January to September of this year, the Group had handled more than 50 million passengers and 350 thousand tonnes of cargo. Its counterpart Groupe ADP is an international airport operator based in Paris and operates 26 international airports.
