“Easy Go” spurs easier travel in Xishuangbanna

Fourteen “Easy Go” shuttle routes make travel easier and save time for sightseeing in Xishuangbanna, the southernmost part of Yunnan.

On February 1, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture started to offer shuttle services for visitors from Xishuangbanna Gasa International Airport to Gaozhuang scenic spot, which is the 14th "Easy Go" routes, also known as “Banna Haoxing” routes launched in the prefecture.

One tourist from Northern China said the new service is affordable and less time-consuming. “My friends and I choose to winter in this warm place. The shuttle save us more time for sightseeing," she told our reporter.

At the "Xishuangbanna Easy Go" Wechat Public Account, tourists can check the ticket information of both the shuttle buses and scenic spots, and book them. Guide services are also available at the platform. 

"I bought the bus ticket online. It is very nice to have this kind of service,” said another tourist from Beijing.

According to the shuttle bus company, they launched the first "Xishuangbanna Easy Go" route in July 2017. As of December last year, 90 thousand sightseers has chosen the service. The total 14 routes make travel easier between tourist distribution centers and scenic spots, while saving travel costs.
