4th Mekong media seminar held in Yunnan

The Fourth Seminar for Media Officials and Journalists from Mekong Countries took place in Yunnnan province from November 13 to 20. The seminar for Mekong media was held by Yunnan Daily Press Group as an official project at the provincial level.

With the theme of “Understanding New China”, the event was attended by 16 media officials and reporters from Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. It is the fourth time that Yunnan holds the seminar for Mekong media practitioners.

By inviting in, the seminar gathered the Lancang-Mekong media practitioners for more friendship, understanding and cooperation. Also, the seminar allowed the Mekong media professionals to learn more about China and Yunnan.
