2021 SSACEIF turned into pure cloud event

Given ongoing rages of the Covid-19 variants, the 2021 South and Southeast Asia Commodity Expo and Investment Fair (SSACEIF) has been adjusted to an online event from August 25 to 29, said a news release on August 18. The previously-planned physical activities were cancelled.

The coming 2021 fair will features online visits to the fair via mobile phones, free cloud booths for international exhibitors, fully integrated smart services, and live broadcast of the activities during the event, according to the news briefing.

This year, the Vietnamese, Lao, Burmese, Thai and Cambodian versions have been added to the Chinese and English versions of the SSACEIF official website. Multilingual real-time translation and interpretation will be provided during business negotiations. 

Exhibitors from Chinese provinces, as well as companies from 8 South Asian countries and 11 ASEAN nations, have signed up for the cloud exhibition so far.
