The first China-Laos international freight train from Vientiane south railway station in Laos arrived at the Kunming Tengjun inland port, Yunnan province on December 21.

The train consists of 40 open-top railway boxes, loaded with 1,200 tons fine iron ore from Laos to China.

Tengjun is Yunnan’s only national service-oriented logistics hub for commerce. And the international land port features professional teams, warehouses, freight yards and other facilities in Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Myanmar for trade facilitation.
