Go Deep in Lijiang: Musk deer shows up in Yulong

Images of a Chinese forest musk deer was captured for the first time by a staffer at the Yulong Mountain nature reserve, northwest Yunnan’s Lijiang city.

The rare animal is an artiodactyl native to China and Vietnam, which is under first-class national protection and categorized as endangered on the IUCN Red List, according to the reserve's management.
