Over 1,000 pairs of twins live in Mojiang

Mojiang Hani autonomous county features the Hani culture where the Tropic of Cancer just passes through the seat of the county in the southwest Yunnan’s Pu’er city. In Mojiang, more than 1,000 pairs of twins or triplets live here, forming a unique twin culture.

The Twins Festival was the largest twins’ gathering in China, inviting in a great number of twins from all over the world. The 16th Tropic of Cancer International Twins Festival and Hani Sun Festival will be held from May 20 to June 21 online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
