Seminars for Myanmar, Sri Lanka conclude in Yunnan

Seminar for Sri Lanka

The 2018 Seminar on Public Management and E-Government for Sri Lanka came to a successful end in Kunming, Yunnan Province November 26.

Present at the closing ceremony were Cai Runyuan, director of the Project Management Division, Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce(MOFCOM); Li Boyan, deputy director of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Division, Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province; Li Rongkang, deputy director of YICETE; Pan Xuedong, deputy dean of the International Business School, Yunnan University of Finance and Economics; and Wang Jingyi, project manager of the Project Management Division, AIBO of MOFCOM.

In the past 21 days, the 20 Sri Lankan participants, together with 2 Chinese, had lectures, visits and cultural experiences, which increased their understanding to China's economic reform, ethnic culture and administrative services.  

Seminar for Myanmar

The closing ceremony of the 2018 Seminar on Inspection and Quarantine Technology in Ruili National Key Development and Opening-up Experimental Zone for Myanmar was held in Kunming November 27.

In the past 21 days, the 16 participants from Myanmar had lectures, visits, exchange of views and cultural experiences, which increased their understanding to Yunnan's experiences in border trade, inspection, quarantine, cross-border cooperation, customs-clearance facilitation and others.
