In recent years, poverty-alleviation workers in Menglian have helped local poverty-stricken villagers in rural infrastructure, industrial cultivation and public services, bringing about a new, safe, green and civilized living environment in the ethnic countryside.

Located in southwest Yunnan’s Pu’er City, Menglian Dai, Lahu and Va Autonomous County is one of the key counties for poverty-alleviation and development work at the national level.
