Sierra Leonean press delegation visits Yunnan Daily Press Group

Press officers and journalists from the Republic of Sierra Leone paid a visit to Yunnan Daily Press Group in Kunming on May 8.

The delegation is made up of 40 members, and the visit aims to exchange ideas on integration of traditional and new media at the provincial level in China.

Achievements made via cooperation between Yunnan Daily Press Group and media in south and Southeast Asian countries were briefed during the media exchange.

Cooperative potentials between Yunnan Daily Press Group and Sierra Leonean and other African nations were also discussed.

The delegates are on the 2018 Workshop for Press Officials and Journalists in Sierra Leonean, which is jointly organized by Chinese Ministry of Commerce and China State Administration of Radio and Television.Their visit in Yunnan Province will last for three days.
