Paragliding with Kunming birdmen

In Kunming, there is a group of people calling themselves “birdmen”. They have founded a club to teach paragliding lovers how to fly.

Paragliding is regarded as an extreme sport by others, but the “birdmen” think that it is as easy as mountain bike when basic skills are mastered.

With wind blowing from southwest throughout the year, Kunming is an ideal place for paragliding. That’s why the “birdmen” select the city as their base. 

They believe that people could learn to be open-minded through paragliding which also helps people to understand the meaning of freedom.
