Tianbao check point serves 520,000 int'l tourists

Officers at the Tianbao border gate in southeast Yunnan’s Malipo County have checked and inspected 521,000 cross-border tourists from 13 countries in the first half of 2018.

Cross-border tourists here involve those from America, Britain, France and others.

The officers also performed check-ups over with 33,000 vehicles that crossed the China-Vietnam border, without a single error occurred.

Along with increasing trade between China and Vietnam, the recent years have seen growing number of tourists and vehicles cross the Tianbao border gate.
