The experts specializing in respiratory disease, infectious disease, intensive care, testing and traditional Chinese medicine are from two hospitals in Yunnan and the Yunnan provincial center for disease control and prevention, according to the province.

The medical team left Kunming, capital of Yunnan, with medical supplies donated by the province, including nucleic acid testing kits, 8,500 N95 masks, 60,000 disposable masks and 5,500 protective suits.
