A local Yi art troupe in south Yunnan’s Mile City recently had a traditional performance in the field of azalea blossoms.

Playing buccal reed and the four-stringed instrument in the wilderness, they performed songs and dances regarding "Aizuo and Aisha", a narrative poem that have been popular among the Yi people for thousands of years.

These spring days, azalea are blooming in Aji Village of Xiyi Town, Mile City.
