Shangrila-Lijiang expressway opened to traffic

The Shangrila-Lijiang expressway opened to traffic on September 29. The facility is the first of its kind in northwest Yunnan’s Diqing Tibetan autonomous prefecture, and it is also the one with highest altitude in the province.
