Bookstore opens in Pu’er high school
The Wenbi Shuyuan bookstore was opened in southwest Yunnan’s Pu'er No. 1 Middle School on November 6, providing students and teachers there with extracurricular reading opportunities.
“The bookstore integrates reading salons, teacher-student activities and more,” said He Yingbiao, vice principal of the Pu'er No. 1 Middle School.
"Opening the bookstore is for the convenience of students and teachers", said Xie Jinping, deputy general manager of the Pu'er Xinhua Bookstore.
The 1,000-square-meter bookstore features artistic decorations, stationeries and drinks, with its 2,500 plus book varieties covering history, education, literature, philosophy and social sciences.
