When vinegar meets Pu’er tea

A company innovated a new way to make vinegar with Pu’er tea in Yuanjiang Hani, Yi and Dai Autonomous County, south Yunnan’s Yuxi City.

The Pu’er tea vinegar preserve and purchase ceremony was held by Yunnan Kangfu Tea corporation on Aug 18. Hearing about the benefits of this kind of eco and green drink, many merchants came over to buy.

Pu 'er tea was used as raw material to ferment vinegar, starting a new beverage trend——Pu’er tea vinegar.

As a healthy drink, the tea vinegar, combines the effects and flavors of Pu’er tea and vinegar. It is rich in tea polyphenols, catechins and other kinds of beneficial bacteria.

66 jars of Pu 'er tea vinegar were subscribed for storage in the ceremony that day and it will be stored and sealed for 180 to 200 days before it is ready.
