Seeking joy in folk dance in SW Yunnan's Pu'er

Guo Yulan (central) works in a rice paddy field with other villagers in southwest Yunnan's Pu'er city.
In order to promote ethnic tourism and better protect folk cultures, a dance troupe has been set up in Banli village in Lancang Lahu autonomous county, southwest Yunnan's Pu'er city.
Baiwu dance is a local art form. It has been considered a vivid representation of Lahu people's everyday life.
Guo Yulan and Luo Nasuan are two young girls who have been keen on practicing and promoting Baiwu dance.
The dance troupe they work with performs before tourists on a regular basis. And in the meantime, Guo and Luo still join other villagers to work in rice paddy fields.
