All 300,000 in Ruili to be vaccinated in five days

Starting on April 2, all the 300,000 people in west Yunnan’s Ruili city will be vaccinated within five days, said local Party chief Gong Yunzun in a CCTV interview.

Dehong prefecture, where Ruli is located, has been on widespread Covid-19 vaccination in its four border counties since April 1, according to a staff member with the Dehong Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Four more confirmed COVID-19 cases, as well as 4 asymptomatic cases, were reported in Yunnan on April 1.
