Kunming families get close to lovely creatures

Pictures taken by a Yunnan Net reporter on January 13 show some favored animals in Yunnan Safari Park. They tend to walk out of the cages when it gets warmer in the day.

For families of animal lovers, it is simply wonderful to see the iconic species on weekends, such as Asian brown bears, gibbons, ring tailed lemurs, and more. 

"Our park has taken measures to adjust the diet of animals and utilise air conditioning to protect animals from the cold," said a staff member at the Kunming-based Yunnan park.
