Flowers turn barren mountain into garden

Yunnan is famous as the “World Garden” because of its unique flower industry. Located on Mt. Daguanshan near the Yangzong Lake in central Yunnan, the Nanguo Shanhua eco-park is dedicated to the cultivation of fresh cut flowers of Rosa, Hydrangea and woody flowers from the southern hemisphere, as well as the collection and breeding of new varieties. The flower industry beautifies the barren hills, and increases the income of surrounding villagers. 

Yunnan is the largest producer of fresh cut flowers in the world, ranking first in the plantation area and output in the world. Flowers are not only a beautiful name card of Yunnan, but also an important industry to promote rural revitalization
