Elie: COP15 is a great opportunity for people to set an agenda for the future

Alie, from Rwanda, is a graduate student majoring in agricultural insects and pest control at Yunnan Agricultural University. While studying in Kunming, he made friends with ecology and insects, and witnessed the efforts and achievements of Yunnan and Kunming in protecting biodiversity.
