Truffles bring prosperity to villagers in Luliang

These days, mature truffles can be found in the mountains and forests of Luliang county, central Yunnan province. Here, truffles are protected and cultivated under the guidance of experts, which brings more than 12 million yuan of income every year.
 
Truffle is a kind of rare, edible mushroom that is considered to be a delicacy because of its intense aroma and characteristic flavor. Accounting for more than 60% of China's black truffle production, Yunnan is a major truffle producer in China.
