Hi, Kunming: anti-fraud QR code formed by 1,000 drones

A light show by one thousand drones kicked off over the Park Mall 1903 in Kunming, Yunnan province, on the evening of Dec 17. The light show climaxed by drones forming a QR code formation in the night sky and stunned citizens.

When they took out their phones to scan, it turned out to be the national anti-fraud mobile app which was to prevent telecom fraud. The app has gone viral online and made a hit a few months ago.
