Variety of rose dishes in Anning

Rose petals can be not only made into traditional flower-cake or rose jams, but also other tasty dishes by mixing with vegetables, fruits, eggs and meat for the flower growers in Anning city, central Yunnan province.

More than 1,500 Chinese acres of roses are blooming in the Bajie street of Anning from late April to mid May.
