Seminars for Myanmar, Sri Lanka going on in Yunnan

Yunnan International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges (YICETE) held an opening ceremony for the 2018 Seminar on Inspection and Quarantine Technologies for Myanmar in Kunming on November 7.

Lasting till November 27, the seminar is sponsored by Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, organized by the YICETE, and co-organized by Kunming Customs.

16 officials from Myanmar participate in the 20-day seminar. Experts and scholars from the Chinese government, universities and other related fields  lecture on China's economic performance and present the entry-exit inspection and quarantine technologies.

In addition, the participants have visits and exchanges at related organizations and enterprises in Yunnan, so as to increase their understanding to the seminar.
