The brand new G2924/1 high-speed train, which was decorated by the local ethnic and cultural elements in south Yunnan’s Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, made its maiden trip from Kunmingnan Railway Station to Shenzhenbei Railway Station on April 1.

Covering 1,432 kilometers, the one-way train trip lasted 7 hours and 11 minutes, with a maximum speed of 300 plus km/h. Also, the Xishuangbanna tourism train passes through the railway stations of Qujingbei, Guiyangbei and Guangzhounan.
