Diverse service 

To enrich the travelling experiences, Tengchong has mapped out 86 national level traditional villages for rural tourism, allowing tourists to enjoy an idyllic life with livable guesthouses in rural areas. 

Tengchong also brought into full play local cultures related to the Anti-Japanese War, jade, shadow play, hand-made paper, and oiled paper umbrellas. These cultural elements are all well accepted by tourists. 

Making full use of the travel to “Travel in Yunnan” app, Tengchong have designed new tour packages that fuse into tourism general health and outdoor sports.

In 2018, the Tengchong county-level city received 16.2 million tourists, with its tourism revenue reaching 18.5 billion yuan.
