Special noodles with secret ingredient in Jingdong

A tea house named Mawude has rolled out delicious noodles in Jingdong county, southwest Yunnan’s Pu’er city.

The secret ingredient is pickled pork rib, an iconic food in Jingdong. It has a very unusual aroma.

The owner cooks the noodles with toppings of local organic eggs and pickled pork ribs. Only those who tasted the noodles could possibly tell how good they are.

While eating, visitors can see antique lamps and lanterns in the tea house. The owner decorated the yard with colored lanterns, whose lampshades are baskets made of bamboo slices.
