Hi, Yuxi: take China-Laos train to taste delicacies

The long-awaited China-Laos Railway is about to open to traffic. What delicacies can we taste in central Yunnan’s Yuxi city?

The Yuxi section passes through the three county-level localities of Hongta, Eshan, and Yuanjiang where visitors can enjoy all kinds of food, such as eel rice noodles, roasted duck, icy porridge, mango rice, baked tofu and more.

The length of Yuxi rail section is 145.78 kilometers equipped with the five stations of Yuxi, Yanhe, Eshan, Huanian and Yuanjiang.

The opening of the China-Laos Railway will greatly shorten the commuting time and will bring new opportunities for the development of Yuxi cultural tourism.
