Spring Festival shopping going on in Kunming

With the Spring Festival around the corner, local residents in Kunming, Yunnan province are going shopping in the super markets. Popular goods include the Xuanwei ham, the preserved duck, sausages and others. The Spring Festival, also the New Year’s Day on traditional Chinese lunar calendar, is the most important festival in China. It falls on February 12 this year.
