In pics: Peony display goes on in Kunming

Pictures taken by a Yunnan Daily reporter on February 21 show a peony exhibition is going on at Tanhua Temple scenic area in central Yunnan’s Kunming City.

The peony species are native to Luoyang, a famed ancient capital in central China, and the beautiful flowers turned out to be appealing to tourists and photographers alike.

So far, ten sessions of the peony show have been held in the Tanhua scenic area, which is also home to other lovely flower species.
