Yunnan landscapes along the China-Laos Railway

The 1,035 kilometer China-Laos Railway, connecting Kunming in southwest China's Yunnan province with the Lao capital of Vientiane, officially opened to traffic on the afternoon of December 3, 2021.

With rich tourism resources and unique scenery along the track, the Chinese section of the railway passes through typical Yunnan tourist destinations of Kunming, Yuxi, Pu'er and Xishuangbanna.
