Four seasons in food: when sour papaya meets chicken

Tastes of food are categorized into several flavors, sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, salty flavors are created by chefs and enjoyed by diners.  A woman from Lincang in Yunnan province of southwest China came to Kunming in 2003 and made Lincang food.
