An encounter with the world’s Shangri-la

The Meili Snow Mountain, the Pudacuo National Park, the Tiger-leaping Gorge, the Napahai Nature Reserve, the Balagezong Scenic Area, the Sumtseling Monastery… Boasting many well-known attractions, Shangri-la is located in northwest Yunnan’s Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.

In Tibetan language, Shangri-La literally means “a place of auspiciousness and good fortune”. Every year, it attracts a large number of tourists from home and abroad, and is regarded as a mysterious and pure land on earth and a place with harmonious ethnic communities and where enjoyments last.

This is the world’s Shangri-La and it is looking forward to meeting you.
